Tanager Energy Inc. Announces Issuance of Stock Options
December 18, 2013 - Tanager Energy Inc. (the “Company”) announces the granting of 4,300,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.05 to directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan. These options will vest according to the Company stock option plan and will expire on December 31, 2016.
This option grant is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
